Integration Engineer

The ERP Integration Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting software interfaces between Transact Payments software and client ERP systems, while also providing technical support and expertise to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) interface software connecting Payment Suite product to our clients’ systems, which reside on a diverse and growing set of ERP platforms, including Ellucian products, PeopleSoft and Oracle
Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of the payment services product, interfaces and client systems setup
Provide technical expertise to resolve client issues by working closely with other engineering teams and deployment staff
Work directly with ERP and third-party vendors and consultants to support, troubleshoot and extend our product line
Design and implement electronic billing templates in coordination with the Deployment and Support teams
Assist in the creation of xsl templates for display of real time information to students
Function as a subject matter expert in the Transact Payments product suite and interface packages
Perform UAT on new interface or product enhancements/fixes as assigned
Assist in the creation and updating documentation relating to the product suite and interface packages as needed for both internal and external use
Provide technical expertise as needed in pre-deployment and deployment tasks such as attending deployment scheduling, technical overview, and project calls. Occasionally may need to attend sales calls to provide technical expertise for the sales support team
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
Ability to work directly with clients
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision while adhering to project timelines
Ability to remain organized while working with multiple teams on varied and complex tasks
Oracle Database (or) Microsoft SQL experience
Experience in web technologies and standards like web services (REST/SOAP), XML/XSL, html, CSS, web portals and security
Ability to successfully train and make presentation to clients and colleagues
Outgoing professional personality with excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of DB packages (functions triggers etc.)
May require 10-15% travel
Preferred
Experience working with US Clients preferred, but not required
