This role involves auditing order submissions, maintaining data accuracy, and acting as a liaison between various teams to streamline client onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Review and validate complex order submissions across diverse sales channels to ensure alignment with agency product standards and billing requirements

Analyze and verify all supporting documentation for new orders. Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues with partners to ensure a "Clean Start" for every client

Serve as the primary operational bridge between Partner Markets, Fulfillment Teams, and Finance to streamline the onboarding lifecycle

Collaborate with Accounting to manage reporting for all markets, including new client architecture, monthly revenue reconciliation, and the management of account suspensions

Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (CRM, Billing, and Project Management tools) to ensure a single source of truth for client data

Identify bottlenecks in the order submission process and suggest tech-forward solutions to improve speed-to-market
