Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and coach custodial staff across assigned sites
Develop and manage cleaning schedules and staffing coverage
Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely corrective actions
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services
Maintain accurate operational and inspection records
Support facility improvement and light maintenance projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities services
Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and floor care practices
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
