Responsibilities
Design and implement targeted strategies to attract high-quality caregivers through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reliable and experienced caregiver candidates
Conduct thorough interviews, background checks, and reference verifications
Lead onboarding and orientation to align new hires with company culture, expectations, and compliance standards
Analyze turnover data and collaborate with leadership to improve caregiver retention and job satisfaction
Treat recruitment goals like sales quotas, focusing on results, speed, and candidate quality
Work closely with office and field staff to align recruitment with operational needs
Communicate effectively with both Spanish- and English-speaking applicants and staff to foster an inclusive hiring process
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in home care or a related healthcare field
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining standards of quality
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job board platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Comfort using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and TikTok for recruitment marketing
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Background as a caregiver or in-home care provider is strongly preferred
