Zeektek is seeking an experienced Office 365 / Exchange Administrator to support two in-flight projects during a team member’s leave. This role focuses on managing hybrid Exchange environments and requires hands-on experience in administering Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange, as well as troubleshooting complex Exchange issues.

Support two in-flight projects during a team member’s leave

Hands-on ownership of Office 365 and Exchange environments

Strong focus on hybrid Exchange administration

Managing hybrid Exchange environments

Designing, upgrading, and maintaining hybrid servers in multi-domain environments with minimal user disruption

Administering Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange using PowerShell

Managing mail flow and transport rules

Partnering with IT Security to enhance spam and phishing protections through Entra ID integrations

Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex Exchange issues end to end

Explain their diagnostic and incident response approach

Safely research, test, and implement new Office 365 features using Microsoft best practices and documentation
