Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 2D CAD drawings including PFDs, P&IDs, one-lines, layouts, plans, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD (required), MicroStation, or SmartSketch
Translate complex or rough design concepts into clear, accurate, and complete working drawings
Revise and update drawings based on feedback or markups from engineers and design leads
Produce drawing deliverables such as isometrics, schedules, and data sheets to support project documentation
Ensure drawing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project and company standards
Support document control activities including database updates, file management, and drawing progress tracking
Communicate effectively and coordinate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines on project deliverables
Provide technical drafting assistance for internal engineering initiatives as requested
Qualification
Required
Develop and maintain 2D CAD drawings including PFDs, P&IDs, one-lines, layouts, plans, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD (required), MicroStation, or SmartSketch
Translate complex or rough design concepts into clear, accurate, and complete working drawings

Associate degree in Drafting, Design Technology, or related technical field required
Previous experience in a CAD design or drafting role within engineering, oil & gas, or construction industries
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Working knowledge of engineering documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, and one-line diagrams
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and team collaboration
Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background check, drug test, MVR, and fit for duty/agility test
Preferred
Experience with MicroStation or SmartSketch
Experience with Muddy Boots or similar project/document management tools
