Lead web and API development efforts, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project timelines
Provide technical leadership, onboarding support, and mentorship to development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions that align with strategic goals
Participate in code reviews, enforce architecture guidelines, and assist with testing and documentation
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in web front-end and RESTful API development
Strong knowledge of SDLC and experience leading software implementations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in technologies such as PHP, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with tools like Git, AWS, and CI/CD processes
