Qualification
Required
Local resident of Hawai‘i (preferably O‘ahu)
Four-year degree in physical, biological, geological, or related science
3+ years of environmental consulting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to work outdoors for 8-hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid Hawai‘i Driver's License and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) status (DOH)
Experience with DOH Technical Guidance Manual (TGM)
Phase I / Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
Asbestos, lead, mold, and remediation project experience
DOH asbestos or lead certifications
