Strong proficiency in languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with modern test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, Postman, JMeter)
Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Championing testability, code quality, and engineering best practices across teams
Creating scalable test strategies that align with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Leading root‑cause analysis, debugging complex issues, and improving system reliability
Mentoring junior engineers and influencing cross‑team quality initiatives
