Responsibilities
Manage and oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation
Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies in a manufacturing environment
Collaborate with production and sales teams to verify billing data and contract compliance
Maintain accurate financial records and reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and receivables
Prepare weekly sales report and Concur reports
Assist with sales tax filings and perform income reconciliations
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of billing experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Concur and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Solid understanding of accounting principles and billing processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to Commute: Omaha, NE 68144 (Required)
