Responsibilities
Prospect new leads and qualify target businesses (bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and more)
Make 50+ outbound calls per day, plus send emails and visit customers in person
Build and manage your own pipeline in GoHighLevel
Close new accounts and earn 10% commission on every sale
Represent HOODZ in the field with confidence, professionalism, and know-how
Work from our HQ, your home, and out in the field — this is a hybrid role with high autonomy
Receive direct coaching from leaders with a proven track record in sales and entrepreneurship
Contribute to real revenue and see the direct impact of your work
Qualification
Required
A business, finance, communications, or marketing major with an interest in sales or startups
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
High internal drive and ability to work independently
Preferred
age 21+ (some prospects include bars/taverns)
Prior customer service or sales experience a plus
Bonus points if you've run your own side hustle, lawn care business, or service company
