Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of major commercial renovation and restoration concrete projects
Managing everything from preconstruction through final closeout
Lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management
Coordinating all critical documentation - RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of commercial project management experience
Proven Project Manager with a background in structural concrete or civil construction
Ability to oversee the full lifecycle of major commercial renovation and restoration concrete projects
Experience managing projects valued up to $70M
Skills in project planning, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management
Ability to coordinate all critical documentation - RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders
Strong leadership skills to influence performance in the field and build long-lasting client partnerships
Preferred
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency in tools like Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project
