They are seeking an experienced Security Superintendent to lead the installation and coordination of physical security systems for a large-scale hyperscale data center project, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

Lead field execution for all security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and perimeter security

Supervise and coordinate security subcontractors and vendors

Review and enforce installation per drawings, specifications, and owner security standards

Coordinate with GC, Owner’s Rep, IT, and commissioning teams to align security readiness with building turnover

Manage testing, inspections, and acceptance of security systems

Track and resolve field issues, RFIs, and redlines related to security scope

Ensure all safety, quality, and documentation requirements are met

Support final turnover and handoff to the owner’s security operations team
