Responsibilities

Create original artwork and assets for a wide range of consumer products, including drinkware, accessories, gifting, stationery, and home decor
Broad understanding of various demographic trend interests
Ability to illustrate and design original graphics and patterns
Develop packaging and PDQ (Product Display Quantity) designs that are retail-ready and brand-appropriate for Mass Market
Build and present seasonal product line presentations that align with brand strategies and partner expectations
Work closely with Product Development and Production teams to tech out designs and ensure accurate hand-offs for manufacturing
Collaborate cross-functionally with Licensing, Marketing, and Sales teams to meet project goals and deadlines
Maintain high standards for visual execution, art layout, typography, and brand consistency
Adapt quickly to shifting timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Provide creative solutions to design challenges while staying within budget and manufacturing parameters
