Responsibilities
Replace approximately 15 computers per week as part of the hardware lifecycle program
Schedule and coordinate appointments with end-users
Image, configure, and deploy devices using tools like Jamf and Intune
Perform data migrations and verify integrity
Document replacements in ServiceNow for accurate asset tracking
Troubleshoot issues during deployment and provide Tier 2 support
Maintain professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in macOS and Windows 10/11 environments
Experience with Jamf, Intune, and data migration
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
CompTIA A+
HDI certifications
Familiarity with ITIL concepts and large-scale deployment projects
