Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to complete cabling installation activities

Assist in equipment installation and ensure proper setup

Support infrastructure installation tasks as part of project requirements

Perform testing of video, RF, coax, fiber, and UTP systems to ensure functionality

Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with standards and specifications

Required

1+ years field technical installation and cabling experience

1+ years working documentation on technical jobs (JCR, SOW, etc.)

1+ years of leading work/jobs in the field

Strong understanding of cable TV systems, including head-ends and equipment such as CMTS, CASA, DCM, and related technologies

Hands-on experience with infrastructure setup and installation processes

Proficient in working with coaxial, fiber, and unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable assemblies, including stitching/lacing and proper installation techniques

Knowledge of DC power systems and their application in installations

Ability to use basic PC and mobile applications for configuration and troubleshooting

Must be able to lift 100lbs

Must be able to pass drug screening
