New Grad, Entry LevelCaesars Entertainment is a well-known hospitality company located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. They are seeking a Receptionist to manage cabana reservations and provide excellent customer service to guests at the pool complex.

Responsibilities
Report to pre‑shift briefing in full uniform
Become familiar with guest names and their requested accommodations
Make cabana reservations and upsell pool amenities
Perform reaching and stooping motions repeatedly for cleaning and stocking tasks
Climb ladders as needed to access items on high shelves
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Remain alert to all activity within the assigned section of the pool area throughout the shift
Treat all guests with courtesy and respect
Maintain proper grooming standards as outlined in departmental appearance guidelines
Notify management immediately of any issues requiring special attention (e.g., guest injuries, guest–employee conflicts)
Ensure all guests follow pool rules (e.g., no running, no horseplay, diving safety)
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift and carry 25–40 lbs
Ability to work in excessive heat for extended periods
Strong multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Basic beverage knowledge
