As a Nuclear Corrective Action Program Performance Analyst, you'll play a key role in restarting the Duane Arnold Energy Center by establishing processes for identifying and resolving plant conditions that impact nuclear safety and operations.

Responsibilities

Leads or participates in assessments to find and improve performance gaps
Coordinates and facilitates procedure development, revision, and review
Participates in root cause investigations related to corrective action and human performance errors
Develops tracking and evaluating indicators
Trains colleagues on performance improvement initiatives
Facilitates screening of corrective actions
Assists with the planning and implementation of self-assessments
Collects and analyzes data to evaluate proper implementation and effectiveness of programs and maintains industry and site performance indicators
Prepares reports and communicates status of improvements for management
Ensures operating experience is screened and evaluated and corrective actions taken to address opportunities identified
May provide technical direction to less experienced performance coordinators
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required

High School Grad / GED
Experience: 2+ years
