Responsibilities
Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital). Concept design, Localization and Adaptation
Work in partnership with the design and copy teams, along with the brand, project management and production teams on briefs, and project deliverables
Ensure that brand guidelines and given media specs are adhered to for print (final artworks) and digital creative executions (source files)
Ensure expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projects
Ability to develop colour palettes, stylesheets as per directions
Participate in assigned training programs and working on assignments as per requirements
Qualification
Required
3-5 years digital and print design experience including User Interface design, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience
Expertise with full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
Bachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience
Strong design sensibilities with interactive expertise and knowledge of responsive design principles
An understanding of layout principles and the 'cause and effect' of resizing a campaign; experience completing tasks under strict layout principles
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative work
Working knowledge of print, 4 colour process and spot colour printing and all standard print practices, along with digital and conventional disciplines with asset delivery experience
Familiarity of working within a project management system such as MS Planner
Have a detail-oriented mind, be well-organized, and be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail
Should possess good oral and written communication skills and have a collaborative approach
Business level English (written and verbal)
Hybrid role, expectation of regular attendance (2-3 days per week)
Preferred
Desirable experience working for pharmaceutical companies
Additional platforms such as Firefly and Sketch/3D a plus
Motion Graphics including Video content editing/After Effects would be a key advantage
