Responsibilities

Help shape our public policy strategy and execution

Independently assist with integrated issue management campaigns

Build lasting and positive relationships with federal public policy stakeholders

Support the work of the Federal Affairs team

Coordinate and execute tasks within multiple, complex public policy campaigns

Develop and build new internal processes to support the team and accelerate our impact

Required

You have a BS or BA from an accredited university

You have 3+ years of experience in Congress, the Administration, a federal agency, in-house, or a trade association working directly on federal public policy issues related to the app-based economy

You have a deep understanding of federal government relations and have experience implementing workflows that support a government affairs team

You thrive under pressure and have a proven ability to monitor, analyze, and synthesize legislation for senior leadership and cross-functional teams

You are a strong, clear written and oral communicator

You are organized, collaborative, and have a bias for action

You're a self-starter; you're intrinsically motivated but also a good teammate
