Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into company systems
Receive, review, and verify work orders for accuracy and required specifications
Ensure all order and work order data flows correctly through internal systems and departments
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or errors and work with appropriate teams to resolve them
Maintain accurate records related to orders, revisions, and updates
Communicate clearly with production, operations, customer service, and other departments regarding order details
Support data integrity by following established procedures and quality standards
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
