Responsibilities

Support new account setup, change requests, and cash raise processing across registered investment advisor and broker-dealer client channels

Provide operational support and data entry to onboard client accounts and process ongoing account activity

Support multiple client types, including retail investors, broker-dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors

Monitor and manage reconciliation items, including delinked accounts, negative cash accounts, and new account exceptions

Coordinate with custodians for service-related matters and generate required custodian paperwork

Manage transactional and administrative workflows, including withdrawals, account updates, and documentation tracking

Review platforms and documentation to confirm receipt of required paperwork and follow up as needed

Provide white-glove internal support through team email and shared communication channels

Maintain and update client information in CRM systems
