Responsibilities
Motivate, train & retain a high performing team that is excited to serve our customers’ needs
Keep up to date on product priorities so that we are proactive in serving customers’ needs
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety to take care of our team
Assist the team in all aspects of warehouse operations as a hands-on leader
Oversee Power Equipment Service Center operations to achieve an acceptable level of service to our stores & customers
Oversee Defective product collection & processing
Partner with our internal trucking contractor to dispatch weekly store deliveries and merchandise pick-ups
Order and manage inventory levels of certain office supplies and merchandise
Communicate opportunities for improvement with stores and the Purchasing team
Qualification
Required
