Responsibilities

Define Technical Partnership Strategy: Establish partner relationships that align priorities, goals, and growth objectives
Manage Partner Ecosystem Performance: Own ecosystem health, track performance metrics, and identify optimization opportunities
Lead Critical Issue Resolution: Drive cross-functional response to high-severity technical and product incidents, including executive updates
Inform Product Roadmap Decisions: Translate partner data into actionable insights that influence product and business strategy
Build Scalable Partner Processes: Design and implement scalable frameworks for partner integration, QA, and ongoing operations
Drive Operational Improvements: Lead initiatives to improve workflows, product quality, and partner experience

Qualification

Technical partner managementData analysisSQLExcelTesting tools/frameworksService monitoring toolsExecution skillsProblem-solving skillsOrganizational skills

Required

5+ years of experience in technical partner management, account management, vendor management, QA-oriented product operations, tech consulting, or a similar role
Proven experience analyzing large datasets to draw actionable insights, using tools like SQL and Excel to tell a story and influence teams
Experience working directly with technical teams and familiarity with testing tools/frameworks and service monitoring tools
Excellent execution, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous issues and manage multiple competing priorities
