Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity-focused projects involving process, data, and technology transformations

Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and baselines

Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including cyber threats, compliance gaps, and data privacy concerns

Ensure all deliverables follow secure-by-design principles and comply with corporate cybersecurity policies and frameworks

Estimate project scope, effort, resource requirements, and timelines, including security testing and validation activities

Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria

Manage change requests and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Monitor and report cybersecurity risk posture throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal security standards

Collaborate with Organizational Change Management teams to support security awareness, adoption, and compliance

Prepare and deliver clear, concise project status reports, including cybersecurity metrics and risk dashboards

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams regarding project progress, risks, and security impacts

Mentor and guide project team members, including business analysts, developers, and cybersecurity specialists

Foster a culture of secure, lean, and iterative delivery

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and cybersecurity integration
