The Solution Partner will lead the creation of proposals and solutions, build trusted advisor relationships within client accounts, and drive revenue growth by ensuring successful delivery and long-term partnership success.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with client sponsors, guiding them toward measurable outcomes while ensuring delivery alignment
Maintain an active presence within accounts to expand engagements and consistently deliver client value
Own solutions end-to-end through the sales cycle, including solution alignment, proposals, estimates, and SOW development in partnership with delivery leaders
Own technical integrity, proactively manage risks, and ensure solutions are positioned for successful delivery and long-term client success
Maintain deep service line expertise, stay current on offerings and technologies, and share best practices and successes across the organization
Build and leverage strong relationships with Microsoft and other partners to drive joint opportunities and maximize partner programs and funding
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative, reusable assets and solutions
Mentor consultants, foster strong teams, and collaborate across the organization to achieve shared outcomes
Track and align actions to key sales and market performance metrics
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery, setting teams up for success through clear scope, expectations, and ongoing support
Qualification
Required
Proven history of team leadership with a strong record of success in consulting or similarly fast-paced, client-focused environments
Experience in the Microsoft alliance ecosystem
Required Data & AI experience: Proven ability to architect, sell, and oversee delivery of enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions, including data platforms, advanced analytics, AI/ML use cases, and Copilot or custom AI solutions, preferably on Azure
Technical breadth: Microsoft, Cloud Economics, Azure Core, Azure Security
Technical focus: Data Platforms, Advanced Analytics, AI Business Solutions (AI Foundry, Custom Copilot), Distributed Systems
BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university required
Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred
10+ years of traditional management consulting experience preferred
10+ years of experience at a leading consulting firm preferred (Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, EY, KPMG Capgemini, Booz Allen Hamilton, Point B, Slalom, etc.)
