Responsibilities
Performing on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting
Conducting physical inspections of network infrastructure
Completing hardware configurations and cleanups
Working directly with end users to stabilize and optimize their IT environments
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in IT field support, helpdesk, or technical services
CompTIA A+, Network +, or equivalent certifications
Self-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work safely, independently, quickly, and efficiently while following instructions
Team worker willing to do what it takes to get the job done
Eagerness to learn
Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
Ability to show up on time looking professional
Valid driver's license & Clean driving record
Willing and able to take & pass drug test
18+ years of age
Preferred
Familiarity with Autotask or similar ticketing systems a plus
