Confidential company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex projects from concept to completion. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure project success while maintaining financial discipline and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation through closeout

Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

Ensure execution meets technical, quality, cost, and schedule commitments

Proactively identify risks, constraints, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans

Manage project-level profit and loss performance

Develop business cases, budgets, and resource plans to support project objectives

Track costs, forecast outcomes, and take corrective action when performance deviates from plan

Support cost-out initiatives and margin improvement efforts where applicable

Lead cross-functional project teams and guide day-to-day execution

Facilitate effective handoffs between engineering, operations, supply chain, and external partners

Drive timely decision-making and resolution of issues through clear ownership and accountability

Coach team members and reinforce performance expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Manage expectations, scope changes, and communication throughout execution

Improve organizational responsiveness to customer requirements through structured planning and follow-through

Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on project health and risks

Apply standard project management tools, processes, and governance models consistently

Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, including schedule, cost, quality, and risk indicators

Maintain project metrics across all phases and report performance using visual status indicators (e.g., Green/Yellow/Red)

Support project funnel activities, strategic initiatives, and stage-gate reviews from opportunity through completion

Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and execution models

Support integration efforts and initiatives driven by local and corporate leadership

Assist with monthly business reviews and broader operational reporting as needed
