Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a part-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their growing team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining patient records while ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

Communicating via phone, email, and/ or in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns

Scheduling appointments and using our computer information system to accurately process client payments and maintaining patient records

Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies

Ability to multi-task throughout the day

Ability to prioritize tasks faced with each day

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Ability to squat, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day

Preferred

AAS or higher

At least 6 months of customer service experience
