Undergraduate Intern Summer 2026 - Business Intelligence and Analytics
USTA National Campus is the national governing body for the sport of tennis in the United States. They are seeking an intern to join their Business Intelligence & Analytics team, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in data analysis and contribute to projects that support the growth of tennis.

Responsibilities
Dive into player data: Analyze survey results to uncover the “why” behind player retention and churn
Map the market: Use localized research to identify opportunity zones, areas where demand for tennis is strong but access to courts and programs is limited
Tell the story with data: Contribute to key research projects and help build clear, compelling presentations that translate insights into action
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning and basic analysis tools
Some prior experience with data analysis (coursework, projects, or internships)
Curious, analytical, and excited to solve real-world problems with data
Strong communicator with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take ownership of projects from start to finish
Preferred
familiarity with basic statistical models or concepts
