Responsibilities
Quickly assess financial operations, systems (PMS, POS, ERP), and team structure
Drive rigorous cash flow management and forecasting to optimize liquidity
Oversee accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting (monthly/quarterly) for the PE firm, lenders, and internal stakeholders
Implement or strengthen internal controls and robust financial processes
Partner with the CEO and PE sponsors to execute the investment thesis and drive shareholder value
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for unit-level performance (RevPAR, GOPPAR, labor, F&B margins) and corporate overhead
Lead dynamic budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Drive operational efficiencies and revenue enhancement across the portfolio
Oversee property-level capital expenditures (CapEx) and manage relationships with lenders/banks
Assist with potential M&A, refinancing, or other strategic initiatives as needed
Provide strong interim leadership, mentoring the finance team
Ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer to the permanent CFO
Qualification
Required
Proven track record as a seated CFO (not divisional) ideally in hospitality (hotels/lodging) and multi-unit operations with revenues of $750M+
Deep experience within private equity-backed environments, understanding investor expectations and reporting needs
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on operational ability
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills (PE partners, C-suite, operational teams)
Ability to work intensely, adapt quickly, and deliver under pressure
