Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives
Recruit, train, and lead regional and remote sales teams
Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market expansion
Collaborate with Business Unit Presidents and Operations to align sales with service delivery
Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
Monitor performance, forecasts, and KPIs; provide insights to executive leadership
Represent Nations Roof at industry events and in the marketplace

Required

5+ years of sales leadership experience in commercial construction or roofing services
Proven success managing multi-location or distributed sales teams
Strong financial, strategic, and analytical skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or related)
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
