Data Coordinator
Lewis and Clark County Criminal Justice Services is seeking a Criminal Justice Services Data Coordinator to support data-driven decision-making across the local justice system. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing criminal justice data while supporting department operations such as budgeting and grant coordination.
Public Safety
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and summarize criminal justice data from multiple sources
Track trends and support strategies to improve system performance
Maintain dashboards and create data visualizations
Support budgeting, financial tracking, and invoice processing
Coordinate grant reporting and documentation
Assist with committee meetings, agendas, and compliance with open meeting laws
Maintain department marketing materials, web content, and social media
Perform additional administrative and program support duties as needed
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of data analysis experience
Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively
Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and professional boundaries
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, criminology, statistics, data analytics, business analytics, project management, or a related field
Office management and/or finance experience
Experience in criminal justice, corrections, or community services
