Responsibilities
Build backend services that power clinical decision logic
Develop clinician-facing interfaces that support real-world workflows
Work with structured healthcare data in secure, well-documented pipelines
Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, test, and iterate
Participate in code reviews focused on correctness, performance, and safety
Qualification
Required
Ability to collaborate on technical work in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
Experience shipping real software. 3+ years for engineers; strong projects or internships for interns
Comfortable working across backend, frontend, and data workflows
Able to use AI tools in their development process
Understands the basics of security and data protection for sensitive systems
Fluent in Chinese and comfortable working in China's developer ecosystem
Strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and hands-on project experience for intern candidates
Preferred
English proficiency is helpful but not required
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud or AWS
