Welded Parts Finisher C - 2nd Shift
Textron Aviation is hiring for the position of Welded Parts Finisher. In this role, you will be responsible for forming, finishing, joining, and assembling various production and aircraft parts, ensuring precision and quality for each component.

Responsibilities
Smooth and finish welded parts and assemblies, ensuring they meet appearance specifications
Perform clean and leak test operations on welded details and assemblies to ensure integrity
Check, join, straighten, or hand form detail and weld assemblies according to specifications and instructions
Use metal forming and trimming tools like hammers, hand shears, and drills, and operate fabrication equipment such as sanders, grinders, buffers, expanders, reamers, and torches
Ensure the quality of your work meets the required standards
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
Ability to work in a manufacturing shop environment is needed
Preferred
Willingness to learn and collaborate with your peers is helpful
