As a Benefits Administrator, you will assist benefit plan participants and their beneficiaries in receiving necessary support during challenging times, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities
Help ensure Wespath benefit plan participants, or their beneficiaries, receive the help they need during a difficult time in their lives
Work with other members of the Survivor and Disability Benefits team
Ensure customers receive their benefits from our self-insured benefit plans when they need them most
Provide team coverage between 8 am and 6 pm CST Monday-Friday
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Has a passion for serving customers
Professional writing skills. Is able to prepare a business letter or email with appropriate punctuation and clarity
Able to perform basic math functions for calculation of premiums, billing reconciliation, audits and resolution of contributions/distributions
Ability to understand and interpret multiple plans documents, policies, procedures, legal requirements, and retirement plan concepts
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study (ex: math, business, human resources)
Benefit administration experience specifically with defined benefit, defined contribution or health benefits
