Responsibilities

Supports the organization's digital marketing strategic plans to enhance its online presence and increase market share
Supports and optimizes digital channels, including social media, websites, applications, and various digital platforms, to effectively reach and engage target audiences, drive patient engagement, and increase conversions
Works closely with the marketing and communications teams, implements and monitors digital marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives
By tracking performance metrics and adjusting tactics for optimal results, this role is pivotal in achieving the company's digital marketing goals

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, business or related field of study
One (1) year of online reputation management, social media, search engine optimization, and/or digital marketing experience
Proactive, highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
Track-record of leading successful digital marketing projects and initiatives
Comprehensive understanding and fluency in search engine behavior, social media, blogs, ratings and reviews, and forums
Superior communication and presentation skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients, clients and team members with respect and professionalism
