Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test plans, QA strategies, and UAT processes
Translate business requirements, policy documentation, and technical designs into detailed test cases and scenarios
Maintain end-to-end SDLC traceability between requirements, designs, and test cases
Execute functional, regression, usability, and negative testing
Test applications for stability, reliability, and performance
Design, execute, and support automated testing scripts
Prepare and maintain QA documentation, metrics, and test reports
Ensure compliance with testing standards, governance, and best practices
Qualification
Required
7+ years translating business or policy requirements into test cases
7+ years building and executing test cases in test management systems
5+ years of healthcare operations experience (Medicaid)
5+ years hands-on experience with formal test design tools
Bachelor's degree in technical, business, healthcare, or related field
Equivalent professional experience may substitute for formal education
Preferred
5+ years supporting large enterprise or e-business systems
Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience working in Waterfall and Agile environments
Prior exposure to ICD-10 and Medicaid systems
