Temporary Sourcing Contracts Manager
Joulé is a leader in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America. They are seeking a Sourcing Contracts Manager to draft, administer, and manage contracts within the Pharmaceutical Operations and Supply Chain team, ensuring alignment with financial and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Draft and manage Statements of Work (SoWs) and Change Orders (COs) for low-risk contracts using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
Support contract execution activities, including routing, tracking, and facilitating timely approvals from submission through execution
Advise on and troubleshoot existing agreements under the guidance of senior contract team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure contract terms, conditions, and deliverables are clearly defined and met
Assist with budget forecasting, accruals, and financial close activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience in contract drafting and contract lifecycle management within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
Hands-on experience with: Ariba
Hands-on experience with: SAP
Hands-on experience with: Contract lifecycle management systems
Working knowledge of contract manufacturing and outsourced services (e.g., CMOs, clinical or testing laboratories)
Experience supporting clinical and/or commercial supply chain contracts
