Responsibilities

Supporting HR leaders to enhance talent development initiatives, driving organizational learning and leadership growth
Providing consultative expertise in talent management processes and organization design
Facilitating change management activities and optimizing work processes for impactful business outcomes
Leveraging data analytics, HR consulting, and business insights to inform talent strategies
Acting as a high-impact communicator and orchestrator for key stakeholders across global and matrixed organizations
Reporting directly to senior HR leadership as a trusted business advisor and strategic consultant
Ensuring strong collaboration by working Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST

Required

Have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience
Bring at least 10 years of hands-on, relevant experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partner roles
Have solid exposure to organizational design and experience with corporate HR disciplines within global or matrixed environments
Demonstrate advanced facilitation, change management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Are adept at consulting, data-driven decision-making, and creating value through talent intelligence
Are comfortable engaging stakeholders across time zones, especially EST, in corporate and consultancy settings
