Responsibilities
Develop and manage scalable and reliable ETL/ELT processes for loading data into data warehouses
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
Manage and optimize our data warehouse for performance and reliability
Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
Stay current with industry trends and technologies in data engineering
Continuously improve data processes and infrastructure for efficiency and scalability
Document data engineering processes, designs, and architectures
Qualification
Required
Fast learner with strong work ethics and high-performance standards
Solve today's problems and lay the foundation for the future
4 years of experience in a fintech company or fast-growing startup
BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proficient in writing production-quality code in Python
Strong debugging skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
Experience working with AWS
Preferred
Go would be a plus
