Engineering Innovation, Inc. is a premier provider of parcel processing and mail sorting equipment, and they are seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager. This part-time role is designed for a student to coordinate efforts between the Engineering, Production, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful delivery of postal automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Work with different teams to document tasks and assist in creating project schedules
Lead status and stand-up meetings with cross-functional project teams
Document statuses and action items
Anticipate, mitigate, and escalate project issues as required
Act as a technical resource to assist the project team as required
Other duties as required

Required

Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week (Monday – Friday, no weekends)
Be able to speak different 'technical languages' - mechanical, electrical, software
Must be able to manage simple project schedules
Strong communication and documentation skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Strong negotiating skills

Preferred

Experience with Jira project management and tracking software
Experience with Confluence team workspace software
Experience with MS Project to create project schedules
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio software
