Responsibilities
Maintain schedules, team calendars, and task/action trackers
Prepare status reports, circulate updates, and collect workstream inputs
Document meetings, decisions, and follow-up actions
Monitor progress against deadlines and surface risks or slippage
Manage RAID and supporting logs
Assist with budget tracking and resource planning
Coordinate vendor and stakeholder communications
Support internal governance activities and reporting
Qualification
Required
2–5 years supporting PMs or project delivery teams
Familiarity with standard PM frameworks and tools
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable working across stakeholders and asking for updates
Strong written and verbal communication
Can manage routine work independently and escalate appropriately
Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
Detail-focused with disciplined task management
Communicates with clarity, especially when chasing deliverables
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous efforts
Positive team presence; calm under pressure; reliable execution
