Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Lead a structured white-space growth assessment across multiple end markets, narrowing focus to one priority opportunity during the internship
Design and apply a repeatable research framework for evaluating new market opportunities, strengthening Charter Next Generation’s approach to market and growth strategy
Synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights into a cross-functional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, and technical teams
Evaluate and recommend research tools, data sources, and methodologies, demonstrating their value through hands-on application
Deliver a final presentation to senior leadership outlining the selected growth opportunity, strategic rationale, and recommended go-to-market approach

Required

Ability to work independently
Detail oriented and ability to be self-motivated

Leadership style that encourages results-driven, task-oriented collaboration
Management, teamwork, leadership, eye for detail, thoroughness and cool under pressure
Be able to manage & prioritize multiple projects/tasks to minimize response time
Demonstrate a continuous professional attitude with all levels of internal and external personnel

Preferred

Pursuing an MBA with emphasis in Marketing Management, Marketing & Strategy, or Strategy
Proficient with research tools (e.g., Mintel, IBISWorld, MarketLine) and Microsoft tools
Demonstrate skills in organization, attention to details, setting priorities and sound decision making
Strong work and personal ethics
