Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for their Devices Trade Compliance (DTC) team. This role will lead core trade compliance programs, ensuring products move through global customs and regulatory regimes while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Own and drive trade compliance programs for Amazon Devices, including HS classification, ECCN/export classification, COO determinations, and FTA eligibility validation
Partner with Product, Hardware, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to embed classification, COO, and FTA requirements into NPI and launch processes
Design and continuously improve governance models, SOPs, and controls
Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring mechanisms to track compliance status, launch readiness, FTA utilization, and risk indicators
Communicate risk, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
5+ years of program or project Management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
Master's degree or equivalent
