Responsibilities

Develop scalable templates, landing pages, and campaign features that support self-service client experiences
Implement responsive, accessible web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
Translate Figma, Sketch, or other design files into pixel-perfect, performant front-end implementations
Diagnose and resolve front-end bugs, ensuring code adheres to client standards and performance targets
Partner with the Campaign Producer to clarify requirements, scope work, and create realistic timelines
Collaborate with the Platform team to design maintainable, reusable components and front-end architecture
Participate in daily stand-ups and join client project kick-off and clarification meetings as required
Conduct internal QA on your work, delivering polished, reliable front-end experiences ready for launch
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints, communicating them clearly to stakeholders
Ensure all pages meet accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness standards
Optimize templates and landing pages for SEO, performance, and scalability
Maintain clean, reusable code and contribute to shared component libraries, style guides, and documentation
Stay current on front-end best practices, tools, and emerging trends, and bring those insights back to the team

Required

Experience as a Front-End Engineer or similar role building production web experiences
Ability to turn design files and requirements into high-quality, responsive web pages
Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
Effective collaboration with Campaign Producers, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver value
Care about performance, accessibility, and code quality, and test work thoroughly
Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners, and comfortable in client-facing discussions
Proactive in identifying issues early and helping keep projects on schedule
