Transform vacant apartment homes into move-in ready havens, meticulously cleaning, repairing, and preparing each unit to exceed resident expectations

Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the community, ensuring that grounds, common areas, and amenities are clean, inviting, and well-maintained

Collaborate seamlessly with the Service Team to address any necessary repairs or replacements, ensuring that every apartment is in pristine condition

Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including patching drywall, painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing leaky faucets, ensuring that every detail is addressed with precision

Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units, ensuring that all appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units are in perfect working order
