Develop inventory controls and reconciliation processes
Prepare financial analyses, reports, and CAPEX support
Support new product introductions with accurate costing data
Collaborate with Operations & Supply Chain to improve productivity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years cost accounting experience
Strong ERP and Excel skills
Financial analysis and reporting expertise
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and process-improvement mindset
English fluency
Preferred
5+ years cost accounting experience (food/consumer goods manufacturing preferred)
Spanish a plus
