Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans and schedules with clear milestones and deliverables
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless project execution
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs remain within approved limits
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues; provide regular stakeholder updates
Lead project meetings including status reviews, risk assessments, and post-mortems
Drive effective communication across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
Apply Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements
Ensure compliance with project management standards and governance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience
Proven experience managing multiple, complex projects with strong attention to detail and timeline adherence
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
VMware & Alternate Hypervisor Migration - Hands-on execution migrating workloads off VMware, including planning, cutover, validation, and rollback
Platform / Infrastructure Migration Tooling - Experience with migration frameworks, automation tools, and dependency mapping in large-scale environments
Virtualization & Hypervisor Architecture - Deep understanding of hypervisor design, performance tuning, and workload optimization post-migration
Data Center & Hybrid Cloud Environments - Proven ability to manage migrations across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud platforms with no service disruption
Risk, Cutover & Timeline Management - Technical leadership in accelerated migrations driven by vendor exits, licensing changes, or external mandates
