Responsibilities
Build & productionize models that support real-world, marketing-focused use cases
Design and maintain scalable ML infrastructure, including training, deployment, monitoring, and iteration of models in production
Experiment and optimize using A/B testing, uplift modeling, causal inference, and other experimentation frameworks
Collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with engineering leadership and product stakeholders to align machine learning initiatives with business goals
Own the full ML lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering through deployment and performance optimization
Qualification
Required
Experience in building and deploying ML models into production
Knowledge of modern ML techniques (deep learning, transformers/LLMs)
Hands on work experience with Spark, BigQuery and experience in building CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of ETL pipelines
Ability to work EST hours
